William Boulton Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & President William is Explosive Productions Ltd. founding CEO. As CEO and president of Explosive Productions Ltd., William is responsible for leading the expansion and execution of the company's long-term vision and goals. Prior to Explosive Productions Ltd., William worked for many years as a desktop publisher designing promotional, marketing and stationary layouts for a variety of clients. After graduating high school, William changed gears becoming an oilfield consultant introducing custom-designed/built programs that are still operating in today's industry. He believes his motivation, creativity and problem solving skills originated while growing up on his family's farm in central Alberta. His big business thinking skills began while reading various business orientated books throughout high school. William is a firm believer in the philosophy of "Think big, start small and grow fast!"

Ely Felice Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer & Vice-President Ely Felice is Explosive Productions Ltd. founding CTO. As CTO and vice-president of Explosive Productions Ltd., Ely's responsibility consists of overseeing the "bits and bytes" of the scientific and technical issues within the organization. Since a young age, Ely has always been around computers and technology, learning all possible concepts. He increased his knowledge and skill while graduating post secondary education, obtaining his Computer Engineering Technology. Prior to Explosive Productions Ltd., Ely led a team providing technical solutions for two thousand two hundred systems and four hundred servers. Ely is a true supporter of thinking that you have to worry about the technology of tomorrow... today.
